plant oils contain the omega 3 ALA fatty acid such as seabuckthorn seed and berry oils, algae oil, flaxseed oil and hemp oil.
Omega 3 is considered as an essential fatty acid, meaning that it cannot be synthesized by the human body.

Alto Omega 3 Max contains 1000 mg of fish oil of which 300 mg of EPA and 200 mg of DHA.
